Longridge Electrical and Lighting Services are Part P Registered Electrical Contractors approved by ELESCA. Using qualified electricians we will complete all your electrical jobs to high, exacting standards. We can also supply, maintain and repair all makes of domestic appliances including SEBO, NUMATIC, MIELEE, PANASONIC and many more.

As a family owned business with over 25 years experience in electrical contracting you are safe with us, providing you with free estimates, 12 months maintenance on electrical installations, use of quality materials conforming to current building regulations and additional insurance backed extended warranty.

In addition to our contracting arm we stock many small electrical appliances, which we also repair and service on the premises. We also carry a wide range of light bulbs from standard bayonet fitting to energy saving and halogen caps – readily available from our shop premises in Berry Lane, Longridge.

Our shop stocks an extensive range of light fittings from Endon, Searchlight, Servilite, Ring, Eterna and many more. Should you have additional or specialist requirements many fitting can be sourced from our wholesalers, next day.

All of these electrical supplies can be fitted by our own expert electricians and while we install these we can even install additional internal and external sockets, security lighting, burglar alarms and even a complete rewire of you home or commercial premises.

As Landlords have special requirements for the periodic inspection and testing of both fixed electrical installations and portable electrical appliances in rented property we have a hassle free process for keeping these needs fulfilled. Our electrician will arrange mutually convenient appointments to both review your existing certificates and complete any testing required within agreed timescales and for a fixed price. We will even remind you when your certificates are due to expire.

All people in business have a duty under the Electricity ate Work regulations 1998 to ensure that the use of electricity in business is safe. We offer both IEE certification of fixed electrical installations, valid for 5 years, and Portable Electrical Appliance Testing – PAT Testing for our commercial customers. Again this is done with the minimum of interruption to your business and we will keep it up to date for you following an agreed programme.
